'Bucky' (1895-1983)

Futurist, Architect, Engineer, Scientist, Professor, Philosopher, Govermental Advisor (U.S., Brazil, China, France, Russia), Pilot, Sailor.   50+ honorary degrees and doctorates (even though expelled twice from Harvard).   Over 28 publications, granted 25 US patents.

After witnessing the death of his daughter by pneumonia, Bucky emerged from suicidal depression with the goal of conducting "an experiment" dealing with global change and a solution to human suffering.   This focus of ideas and philosophy continued for some 54 years, with creation of some of the most globally reknowned objects of functionality, including the:
